The registration fee includes: congress kit, entry to all scientific sessions and Exhibition/Poster area, a copy of the final program, refreshment breaks in the catering area, invitation to the Opening Ceremony on Tuesday May 28th, 2019.
REGISTRATIONS ON-LINE ARE NOW CLOSED! YOU CAN REGISTER ON-SITE
The registration fees are the following per participant plus € 20,00 for fixed charges:
- SPECIAL REGISTRATION - € 300 for 30 years old or younger (Born after January 1st, 1989), and for ex Vicenza/Irrivian fellows
This registration is possible only by sending an ID card
- EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION - 1 x € 450 (online only) / 10 x € 400 (paid by bank transfer) until March 15th, 2019
Please note that with this registration it will not be possible to change name or cancellation after submission. The Packages must be paid only by bank transfer
- STANDARD REGISTRATION - 1 x € 600 (online only) / 10 x € 550 (paid by bank transfer) from March 16th until April 30th, 2019
- LATE REGISTRATION - 1 x € 700 (online only) / 10 x € 650 (paid by bank transfer) from May 1st until May 24th, 2019

- ON SITE REGISTRATION - € 800 from May 28th, 2019 (credit card only)
- "MEDICI SPECIALIZZANDI" REGISTRATION (Only For Italian) - FREE REGISTRATION. Il congresso è lieto di mettere NUOVAMENTE a disposizione un numero limitato di ISCRIZIONI GRATUITE (fino a un massimo di 100 posti) per Medici Italiani iscritti a Scuole di Specialità in Nefrologia, Cardiologia, Cardio-Chirurgia, Terapia Intensiva e Medicina D’Emergenza-Urgenza. Per candidarsi vi preghiamo di inviare la richiesta a edugrant.nps@gmail.com completa di modulo “Richiesta per ISCRIZIONE GRATUITA “SPECIALIZZANDI” che potrete scaricare qui e certificato di iscrizione alla Scuola di Specialità. Verranno accettate le NUOVE richieste inviate entro e non oltre il 19 Maggio 2019 e complete della documentazione necessaria. Le richieste sottomesse con documentazione incompleta e ricevute dopo tale data non verranno accettate.

STANDARD REGISTRATION 50% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellation.
LATE REGISTRATION 50% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellation. All the requests must be submitted by e-mail to info@irriv.com
